ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The City of Rochester is looking for development proposals for two parcels between Highland Park and Citygate.
Through a Request for Proposals (RFP), the city is inviting qualified developers to submit plans to buy and redevelop one or both sites.
Both parcels are on Science Parkway, off of South Avenue.
City leaders say the projects must support economic growth, create jobs and complement the research, tech and innovation focus of Science Park.
Developers can submit proposals for either site individually or for both parcels as part of a comprehensive development plan.
