HENRIETTA, N.Y. — The Fairy Godmothers of Rochester is hosting its third summer formal wear sale of the season this weekend.
On Saturday, July 11, people will be able to shop from a selection of new and gently used women’s formal wear and accessories. Most dresses are $20, organizers say.
All proceeds from the sale will benefit the 2027 prom fair. Prom fairs allow junior and senior high school students to get dressed for prom with the help from a personal shopper.
The sale will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Marketplace Mall at 1 Miracle Mile Drive.
Ami Salzman, the president of Fairy Godmothers, was one of News10NBC’s ESL Heart of Service Award winners.
