The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 final is taking place between the England National Cricket Team and the Australia National Cricket Team at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. This is the final of the 10th edition of the tournament, which started back in 2009. In the match, Australia all-rounder Ellyse Perry achieved a record.
Australia won the toss and elected to field first. Both teams did not make any changes from their last win in the semi-final over West Indies and South Africa, respectively. Ellyse Perry featured in a T20 World Cup final for the 7th time, becoming the player with the joint-most appearances in the T20 World Cup final. This is an excellent record for the veteran cricketer.
