Khansaheb Civil Engineering (Khansaheb) has announced several significant leadership changes as part of its long-term succession plan. As part of these changes, Construction Director Jason Sams has been elevated to the role of Managing Director (MD), taking over from Steve Flint, who served as MD of the company for the past 16 years.
Sams first joined Khansaheb in 2008 and has played a key role in Khansaheb’s growth and the delivery of some of the UAE’s most significant construction projects for over 20-years, including the Dubai Exhibition Centre Campus Legacy Project Phase One at Expo City.
The firm said that Flint has moved into the role of Advisor to the Owners and Executive Board, where he will continue to support the company’s strategic direction and long-term development.
Khansaheb also confirmed that Kevin Lewis has been appointed as Construction Director and will lead the contractor’s Construction Division. Lewis joined Khansaheb as Operations Manager in 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience, across the UAE and GCC. His extensive operational delivery experience across a broad range of major complex projects is complemented by a strong focus on health and safety, quality, and operational excellence, the firm said.
In addition, Ross Trivett has been promoted to Director – Interiors and Joinery. Trivett has led the Khansaheb Interiors and Joinery business over the past 10-years and is said to have developed the business into a market leader, delivering exceptionally high standards of interior fit-out in Dubai’s luxury hospitality and ultra-luxury residential markets.
Under Sams’ leadership, Khansaheb Civil Engineering will build on its 9-decade legacy, continuing to focus on operational excellence, strong client partnerships, and the successful and safe delivery of complex projects across the UAE, the company said in a statement.
