If you grew up in the '90s, chances are you had a Furby... or desperately wanted one.
The toy was at the top of everyone's wish list, as it was one of the most iconic toys of the late ’90s.
Tiger Electronics’ interactive toy took the world by storm when it was released in 1998, with over 1.8 million sold that same year, while the amount skyrocketed to around 14 million the following year in 1999.
Since it spoke its own language (Furbish), responded to touch, light and sound, and blinked and moved on its own, it felt incredibly advanced and futuristic.
The toy is now finding its way back on shelves in 2026, but looking a little differently than you might remember.
Hasbro, which bought Tiger Electronics, revived the toy with a makeover from Netflix's film hit, KPop Demon Hunters, with the products launching a year after the movie became one of the biggest streaming hits the platform has ever had.
It became Netflix’s most-watched film ever upon its release with 236 million views in mere weeks, eventually surpassing 500 million in total views globally.
There are now two rare new FURBY Furblets available, inspired by fan-favorite characters, Derpy Tiger and the Saja Boy Demon.
The mini-toys, standing at 3 inches, feature over 45 sounds and reactions, with interactive touch points, pop-open ears, and a keychain clip so you can grab them for "on-the-go-play."

They also have unique character-themed accessories, with Derpy's, which boasts blue and black stripes, including a mini envelope, while the Saja Boy Demon, a bright shade of purple with darker markings, featuring a traditional Korean gat-style hat.
The toys are listed for ages 6 and up, and retail for $14.99.
Both versions are available online at Walmart.com and will soon be coming to Amazon.
