ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Sunday, around 3:45 p.m., Rochester police responded to the intersection of Alexander Street and Monroe Avenue for a reported crash involving an E-bike rider and a car.
When police got to the scene, they said they found a 15-year-old Rochester teen. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, police reported.
No tickets were given out, and police say the area has been reopened.
