Almost two years after we last saw the Pogues in Outer Banks season 4, the release date has finally been confirmed for the show's upcoming fifth and final season.
Season 5 will officially be released on Netflix on Thursday 20 August 2026, with all 10 episodes being released at once.
This news was confirmed alongside the release of a first-look trailer and a set of images. The trailer sees the Pogues continuing to mourn the loss of JJ, and seeking revenge, while also showing shots of the group locked in prison.
Of course, it's not all sadness and anger. The group are also seen celebrating something with a bottle of champagne fizzing everywhere, and there are plenty of explosions and action sequences throughout.
