Married at First Sight USA is returning for a landmark 20th season, and Peacock has dropped a first look at the upcoming season.
Season 20 is a new start for the franchise, as experts Dr. Lisa Paz and Married at First Sight UK expert Paul C. Brunson help a brand-new set of single men and women navigate the experiment and get married at first sight.
According to the trailer, Season 20 will change its format from Season 19, reintroducing group sessions in which participants in the experiment come together with the experts to give updates on their relationships in a group setting.

The series follows multiple couples as relationship experts pair them, and they agree to marry at first sight. Afterward, they go on a honeymoon, then return home and navigate married life together for several weeks, checking in with the relationship experts and each other, before ultimately deciding on Decision Day whether to stay married or get divorced.
The tagline of Season 20, according to the poster, is “Expect the unexpected.”

The social reality dating experiment began on FYI back in 2014, before moving to Lifetime in 2017. The series moved to Peacock in 2025 with Season 19.
Throughout the years, Married at First Sight USA has had eight spin-offs, with its last premiering in 2021.
Married at First Sight, as a franchise, began in 2013 with the original Danish series Gift ved første blik and has since expanded into franchises worldwide, with popular English-speaking adaptations airing in the United Kingdom and Australia.
