The legendary actor, businessman, and former Governor of California, 78, stepped out with Milligan, 51, and former US Vice President Kamala Harris at the Austrian World Summit of the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative in Vienna, Austria. With a smile on his face, Schwarzenegger stood next to the blonde beauty, who looked chic in a yellow-green jacket.

Schwarzenegger, who was previously married to Maria Shriver, met Milligan back in 2012 after he underwent shoulder surgery while preparing to film Escape Plan with Sylvester Stallone, PEOPLE shared. Milligan, a physical therapist, was recommended by Stallone to aid with his recovery. After the movie was done, Schwarzenegger reached out.
“I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you,” Schwarzenegger said. “And then one thing led to the next.”
Schwarzenegger has nothing but love for his girlfriend, who rarely makes public appearances alongside him. That's likely due to her busy schedule running Elite OrthoSport, one of the largest physical therapy clinics on the West Side of Los Angeles.
“We have so many things in common,” he said in 2023. “I think the world of her. I love that she’s into working. She’s clearly independent. She just is driven as hell.”
