SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — Charges against Seneca Falls Town Supervisor Frank Schmitter have been dismissed after a Seneca County Grand Jury declined to indict him.
Schmitter was accused of shoving a town board member last month during an argument in his office. He was also accused of causing more than $1,000 in damage to the zoning and code enforcement office.
