Jodie Ramsey (Olivia Frances Brown) is causing trouble again in Coronation Street.
The sister of Shona Platt (Julia Goulding) has been quiet for a number of weeks, probably due to the embarrassment of trying to seduce her brother-in-law David (Jack P Shepherd).
As viewers will recall, since Jodie arrived during January's Corriedale crossover, she's shown somewhat kleptomaniac tendencies.
It started with a picture of Bernie Winter-Alahan (Jane Hazlegrove) – to intensify her fears around stalker Mal Roper (Tim Treloar) – and a book belonging to Brian Packham (Peter Gunn).
It seems that her behaviour stems from the fact that Shona has had what she perceives as a wonderful life, while she was left to care for their unwell father.
In today's episode, however, she took something far more sinister.
It all kicked off in the garage, as Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) slid a gun towards uncle Kevin (Michael Le Vell) and instructed him to fire it.
Kevin had seen Tyrone Dobbs's (Alan Halsall) video of Carl cutting his brakes, and a huge argument had escalated. Kev and Tyrone were stunned when he produced the weapon, and Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan) refused to allow them to leave until they'd sorted out their problems.
The men weren't convinced that the gun was real, though Tyrone wasn't prepared to take the risk and wanted to get back to the safety of his family.
Feeling utterly defeated by Kevin's words about how much pain he'd imposed on the Webster family, he asked him to put an end to the torment he was causing.
Kevin picked up the device and aimed it, but Ronnie was mortified by the risk he was taking and tried to wrestle it off him.
The gun fired, but fortunately didn't hit anyone. Kevin broke down upon realising what he'd been pushed to do, and it was in this moment that he and Carl decided to finally bury the hatchet and move on for the sake of Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney), who is living with young-onset dementia.
That night, Carl disposed of the gun under the wheel of a car, under instruction from Fiona Morley (Sara Poyzer). She'd told him to deliver it to a contact, who would be picking it up from the secret location.
However, little did Carl realise, Jodie was watching his every movement and managed to grab it before Fiona's dodgy associate. She delighted in the discovery, but what will she do with it?
Unfortunately, every minute she has her hands on it, Carl's situation is about to get a whole lot worse. Fiona barged her way into the Chariot Square Hotel and demanded to know where it had gone, though Carl couldn't provide an explanation.
Debbie demanded that Carl and Ronnie find the gun before someone got hurt, fearful of Fiona's warning that they had just one week or she'd make their lives hell.
