Fast-growing national breakfast chain First Watch has done it again with its latest menu drop, a limited-time collection of savory heavy-hitters and sweet treats that has fans drooling.

The limited-edition lineup, which will be available through August 10, is packed with big flavors, from a decadent breakfast sandwich to a dreamy French toast combination. On the savory side, there’s the chipotle steak and queso hash, which comes with carne asada steak, house-roasted corn and onions, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, pico de gallo, and cilantro, as well as seasoned black beans in a potato hash. You can top the spicy breakfast dish with two eggs, any style, and for a creamy twist, the menu item comes with smashed avocado and lime crema, all served with two wheat-corn tortillas and a side of chipotle queso.
If you’re feeling like indulging your sweet tooth, the banana brittle French toast is made with thick-cut, custard-dipped, griddled challah bread, and is topped with a drizzle of almond butter crème anglaise, caramelized bananas, fresh blueberries, lemon whipped cream, and honey-roasted almonds. For added sweetness, it’s all dusted with powdered cinnamon sugar and sprinkled with Maldon sea salt and mint.

The shareable honey butter biscuit bites come with mini buttermilk biscuits sprinkled with sugar, and are served with salted honey butter and warm mixed berry compote. At the same time, the limited-edition watermelon wake-up drink is made with watermelon, pineapple, lime, and mint.
And then there’s the million-dollar breakfast sandwich: a behemoth of a sando with sweet and spicy bacon, a pork sausage patty, an over-easy cage-free egg, smoked Wisconsin Gouda, fresh arugula, and Mike’s Hot Honey drizzled on a griddled English muffin. And don’t worry about your fiber intake, as it comes with lemon-dressed organic mixed greens.
