ALBION, N.Y. — Two people are accused of having child porn, with one of the suspects living in Albion and the other from Jamestown.
The United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of New York, says Kimony Hamilton, 22, of Albion, and Kaitlyn Seekings, 28, of Jamestown, NY, have been charged.
Hamilton was arrested and charged with distribution and possession of child pornography, and Seekings was charged in a separate case with receipt and possession of child pornography.
This stems from March 2025, when state police got multiple reports that Hamilton and Seekings uploaded images of illegal content on Snapchat.
In July 2025, state police executed a search warrant at an Albion home, speaking with Hamilton. Police say Hamilton told officers he received the images from a friend he met online, referring to Seekings.
Police said the suspects shared the images between each other, including a conversation about a meeting in Jamestown with a minor that Seekings had access to.
Distribution and receipt of child porn charges have a minimum sentence of five years in prison, and as high as 20 years, and a $250,000 fine.
