Based on the trailer, there's not a huge amount we can say about what's going to happen in Deltarune Chapter 5, beyond that it will take place during the festival mentioned in previous chapters.
It appears from fan speculation that the 'Dark World' will be created in Asgore's flower shop, with plenty of flowery enemies dotted around.

Following the dark tone of Chapter 4, the visuals and tone of what we've seen thus far of Chapter 5 seem rather lighter and more upbeat.
We should also encounter the fifth and final Shadow Crystal during this chapter.
