ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A convicted felon is heading to prison again after pleading guilty to a new child pornography charge.
Brett Bedford, 42, will spend ten years in prison. He’s also been ordered to pay $27,000 in restitution to victims.
Last January, a Monroe County Probation Officer found child porn on an unauthorized phone while searching Bedford’s home, according to federal prosecutors.
In 2020, Bedford spent six months in prison after being convicted of possessing obscene sexual performance by a child less than 16. He was also sentenced to ten years probation.
