GENEVA, N.Y. — A convicted felon is facing new charges after Geneva Police say he exposed himself to officers.

This all started at around 11: 30 p.m. Monday night when officers responded to Exchange Street for a report of a man trying to steal from parked cars.

    Officers found and tried to speak with this man, 36-year-old Antonio Kirkland. Police say he took off all of his clothes and exposed himself to the officers.

    He’s charged with public lewdness and was released on an appearance ticket. Kirkland is also wanted in Rochester for trespassing and disorderly conduct.
