ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating a robbery at Five Star Bank on Chestnut Street in Rochester.
It happened at around 1:30 p.m. Police say they responded to the bank for the report of a holdup alarm. Through preliminary investigation, police say they learned the suspect threatened a teller and was able to leave with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police say there were no weapons seen and no injuries. Nobody is in custody yet. Police ask anyone with information to call 911.
