Punky Brewster star Soleil Moon Frye is celebrating her daughter's graduation from high school, and the teenager looks exactly like her mom!
Frye, 49, grew up in the public eye as everyone’s favorite foster child on the iconic TV series Punky Brewster. If you forgot the basis of the series, the show followed Brewster, a little girl abandoned in a store by her mother, who is taken in with her golden retriever, Brandon, by her foster parent, Henry Warnimont, a grouchy older man in Chicago. Punky soon warms his heart and turns his world around.
In the present day, Frye is a successful documentarian. However, her favorite role is being a proud mom. In a series of photos, Frye celebrated her daughter Jagger's high school graduation, and it's almost shocking how much she looks like her mother. While the first photo is a throwback, the next several are shots from the teen's graduation. She's a dead ringer for her mother!

Soleil Moon Frye Has a Thriving Career as a Director
While Frye is always associated with her childhood career, she’s actually a thriving director in adulthood. Last year, she directed Paramount+’s documentary The Carters: Hurts to Love You, about the childhood abuse that Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter and his siblings dealt with. The film was told from the perspective of Angel Carter, who is the last surviving child besides Nick. Their other three siblings, Leslie Carter, Bobbie Jean, and Aaron, all died between 2012 and 2023 from drug-related causes, Variety reported.
