2026 Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Division 2 Boys Swimming and Diving Championships
Feb. 20, 2206 Waukesha, WI SCY (25 yards) ResultsCale and Blake TeBeest continued their assault on the record books at the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Division 2 Boys Swimming and Diving Championships.
The junior brothers combined for three individual records and one relay mark to help McFarland High School earn a runner-up finish.
B. TeBeest, who has committed to Indiana, broke records in both sprint freestyle events, claiming the 50 free in 20.29 and the 100 free in 42.92. His time in the 50 free broke the record of 20.34 set in 2018 by Mac McHugh, while his time in the 100 free shattered the old record of 44.57 set in 2024 by Jack Sullivan.
Committed to Louisville, C. TeBeest set a record in the 100 fly with a time of 47.47, breaking his own record of 48.44 set at last year’s state meet. He also won the 200 free in 1:37.84, the third-fastest time ever in Division 2.
In the 200 free relay, McFarland set a new state record with a time of 1:24.00 behind the team of B. TeBeest (19.39), C. TeBeest (19.35), Luke Rudie (22.23) and Orry Landolt (23.03). The old record was 1:25.18 set by McFarland last year.
McFarland also won the 400 free relay in 3:06.84 behind the team of B. TeBeest (42.85), Landolt (51.22), Nick Durst (49.59) and C. TeBeest.
The other individual standout was Stoughton senior Gavin Reiser, an Oakland University commit. Reiser won the 200 IM in 1:52.35 and the 100 breast in a time of 54.77.
The team champion was Whitefish Bay, which finished 78 points ahead of McFarland to claim its sixth- ever championship.
Other event winners were:
Whitefish Bay won the 200 medley relay in 1:34.43 behind the team of Miles Jakowski (24.07), Finn Spray (26.50), Fischer Jakowski (22.57) and Steven Carnacho (21.29). Plymouth sophomore Collin Heller won the 1-Meter diving event with 422.35 points. Cedarburg junior Grayson Radish claimed the 500 free in a time of 4:34.94. Nicolet junior Jude Hill won the 100 back in a time of 50.23.Team Standings — Top 5
