PERINTON, N.Y. — A man pleaded not guilty Thursday to his charges after Fairport police say he hit a paramedic.

Sean Sullivan pleaded not guilty to second-degree assault. According to Perinton Ambulance, Sullivan attacked the paramedic while they were treating him in the early morning hours on April 25.

    That same morning, a separate fight broke out outside a bar in Fairport. A man was charged with assault in connection to the fight.

    Sullivan’s bail is at $10,000 cash, $50,000 insured bond, and $100,000 partially secured bond. He’s scheduled to be in court again in July.
