In short, they were using the kids' skills in combat.
Colter promises that he and Russell will do their best to find Danny, which takes them to a pharmaceutical company owned by a private military contractor, known as Dorix Logistics, where they locate Danny, who refuses to go with them, noting, "I can't leave," and triggering an alarm that likely puts both brothers in jeopardy.
The episode ends with "to be continued," with the scene set for the Tracker Season 3 finale.
