The Premier League season wraps up on Sunday when all 20 teams will be in action simultaneously.
Every match on the final will be broadcast live on Sky Sports for the first time, with UK viewers able to flick between them as they see fit.
Arsenal are Premier League champions and will get their hands on the trophy away at Crystal Palace but there is still a lot to play for elsewhere.
One of Tottenham or West Ham will be relegated on the final day, while the race for Europe is set to go down to the wire.
This week, Radio Times Sport Writer Ned Holmes presents his Premier League predictions, including a selection for Upset of the Week, because football isn't played on paper after all.
How many picks will he get right in Matchweek 38?
Premier League predictions this weekend – Matchweek 38
Sunday 24 May
Brighton v Man Utd (4pm) Sky Sports Tennis
NH: 2-2 draw. Man Utd could've scored six or seven last week and, with Bruno Fernandes chasing the assists record, we can expect the Red Devils to set up to attack at the Amex. The hosts need a win if they're to hold any hopes of catching Bournemouth but may have to settle for a point.
Burnley v Wolves (4pm) Sky Sports+
NH: 1-1 draw. The battle for bottom on the final day will be an intriguing one and offer an early insight into next season's Championship title race. A draw is enough to keep Burnley above Wolves and looks likely – with little between the relegated pair.
Crystal Palace v Arsenal (4pm) Sky Sports Premier League
NH: 2-0 Arsenal win. Both teams are likely to rotate ahead of their respective European finals. With the pressure of Premier League winners Arsenal, they may prove too good for their hosts to start the party early at Selhurst Park.
Fulham v Newcastle (4pm) Sky Sports+
NH: 2-1 Fulham win. Home advantage looks set to be vital in a final-day clash between two sides that have struggled on their travels. There won't be much in but the Craven Cottage faithful will have something to celebrate as the 2025/26 campaign concludes.
Liverpool v Brentford (4pm) Sky Sports+
NH: 3-3 draw. It won't be the fond farewell or flourish finish that either Mohamed Salah or Arne Slot are hoping for. Brentford will throw everything at their European pursuit, which could lead to a real goalfest.
Man City v Aston Villa (4pm) Sky Sports Action
NH: 3-1 Man City win. Is it goodbye to the Etihad for Pep Guardiola? The reports suggest it is and the players will likely deliver against an Aston Villa team still celebrating Wednesday's European triumph.
Nottingham Forest v Bournemouth (4pm) Sky One
NH: 2-0 Bournemouth win. The Cherries have one more win under Andoni Iraola in them. This has the makings of a really entertaining clash but the City Ground faithful may just be left disappointed.
Sunderland v Chelsea (4pm) Sky Sports+
NH: 3-1 Chelsea win. Chelsea look to have rediscovered some form right at the last and may shade this European showdown. Green shoots for the Blues and a frustrating end to a phenomenal season for the hosts.
Tottenham v Everton (4pm) Sky Sports Main Event
NH: 2-1 Everton win. UPSET OF THE WEEK. The table may suggest an Everton win isn't an upset but the potential consequences mean it is. Though the Toffees have tailed off in recent weeks, they are exactly the sort of team that could cause Spurs real problems.
West Ham v Leeds (4pm) Sky Sports Football
NH: 2-0 West Ham win. Leeds have kept fighting to the last but West Ham just need this more. The news of trouble in North London may get the crowd up and captain fantastic Jarrod Bowen can be their hero.
