Missouri basketball has officially announced its staff for the 2026-27 season, including the addition of 4 new assistant coaches.
Missouri also announced that Ryan Sharbaugh, who has been on staff with Gates dating back to his time at Cleveland State, will be Missouri’s new associate head coach.
The 4 new additions to Missouri’s coaching staff are as follows:

Hardy previously served as head coach for Loyola Maryland and aided in developing players such as Santi Aldama and Cam Spencer. Foster, too, brings years of experience to Columbia. The former Colorado State assistant also spent time at Bradley.
Crowe Sr. is the father of star incoming freshman Jason Crowe, a top 5 prospect in the Class of 2026 who is set to make an immediate impact for Gates and Co. He recently served as his son’s head coach at Inglewood high school in Los Angeles. Reynolds also hails from the high school ranks and closely worked with another top incoming freshman, Toni Bryant.
“We have assembled a winning roster for this season, both on the court with our student-athletes and on the sideline with our staff,” Gates said via release on Tuesday. “We feature a lot of experience in our coaching staff that has won at every level of basketball — from high major to mid major and to high school. It is a very diverse staff that compliments each other well and brings proven track records to Mizzou. They have all shown the ability to develop players at a high level and set up their student-athletes to have success at both the college and professional levels.”
