Yes, the developers have confirmed that Forza Horizon 6 will come to PS5.
However, there's a catch — Xbox and PC players will get to jump into the game first, but PlayStation 5 players will have to wait longer.
“Forza Horizon 6 will launch first on Xbox consoles and PC in 2026,” an official Xbox Wire blog post explains.
“With the excitement for this franchise on other platforms, Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios are also working together to bring Forza Horizon 6 to PlayStation 5 post-launch.”
When will Forza Horizon 6 come to PS5? Our speculation
Exactly when Forza Horizon 6 will come to PS5 remains to be seen. If we had to guess, we'd speculate that it could be around four months after the Xbox/PC launch.
For context, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launched on Xbox and PC on 9th December 2024. It eventually came to Xbox on 17th April.
So, we know that a PS5 port of an Xbox 'exclusive' is doable within about four months. That being said, Forza Horizon is an online series (as opposed to the single-player fare of Indiana Jones), which could make it a bit of a longer and more complicated process.

“For a long time, Japan has been top of Horizon fans’ wish lists, so we’re excited to finally be bringing this much-requested location to players in Forza Horizon 6,” Don Arceta, Art Director explains in the Xbox Wire blog post.
“Japan has such a unique culture – from cars, to music, to fashion – that make it perfect for the next Horizon setting. As with any Horizon title, we want to make sure we do the country justice in terms of authentic representation and Horizon open world playability – and now is the right time to realise that fully for players.”
“The beauty of Horizon games is that each one gives us learnings and ways to make the next even bigger and better,” he adds.
“As well as taking player feedback into account, we’ve also been able to lean into more practical things – for instance, the Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC has helped us develop the elevated roads of Tokyo City in FH6.”
