ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 38-year-old man has been sentenced to prison after being convicted of threatening and stalking an officer with the Rochester Police Department.

Orlando Justice will serve 21 months in prison.

Prosecutors say on Nov. 23, 2024, an RPD officer arrested Justice while he was intoxicated. Justice was brought to Strong Memorial Hospital, where prosecutors say he threatened the officer by saying he would go to the officer’s house and hurt him.

Prosecutors say the next day, Justice called the officer multiple times. They say in one FaceTime call, Justice said to the officer “I told you that I would find you,” and claimed he knew where the officer lived.

Justice also told the officer that they “messed with the wrong one,” and referred to himself as a “different breed of human,” prosecutors say.
