VICTOR, N.Y. — A 25-year-old man is facing charges after Ontario County sheriff’s deputies say he threatened a co-worker.
Dominic Downey is charged with making a terroristic threat following a suspicious condition complaint. Deputies say Downey made threatening statements about causing harm to co-workers at a business in Victor.
Downey was brought to the Ontario County Jail where he was arraigned and held pending further court action. He is due back in court at a later date.
