GATES, N.Y. — The chief of the Gates Police Department says the department has completed its investigation into the crash that killed 6-month-old Noah Carpenter in March.
The chief says both Gates PD and state police have handed over their findings to the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office to determine whether criminal charges will be filed.
The crash happened on March 5 at the intersection of Buffalo and Howard Roads. Noah’s parents, Kelly and Jake Carpenter, were both hospitalized.
Jake has been released from the hospital, but Kelly still remains at Strong Memorial Hospital in the emergency department.
