It should take you around 16-20 hours to complete Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, depending on how much side content you play.
We took 16 to finish the main game by focusing largely on the main story missions and only doing a little bit of the side content.
It isn't a huge game by any means, but it is long enough to remain a substantial experience.
Best of all, though, you can always go back and complete any side stuff you missed after finishing the game – as the screenshot below can testify:

To revisit a location, open your journal by pressing the menu button. Then, head to the 'Travels' section. Choose the location you want and click the 'Revisit' button to travel back there.
How long is the Indiana Jones and the Order of Giants DLC?
The Order of Giants adds an additional 5 hours or so to your total playtime.
It can be accessed when you are at the Vatican, or if you have already finished the game, you can just go back to the area via the main menu.
How many locations are in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle?
There’s seven locations in the game in total, but because of the type of game this is, some of them are much larger than others, offering you plenty of opportunity to explore.
The two biggest locations where you will spend considerable time are the Vatican and Gizeh; these are by far the most open regions in the game. Sukhothai is also very open, but you explore this area on a boat, so it’s slightly more restrictive. Here’s every location in the game:
