Arizona men’s basketball has signed Nebraska transfer forward Ugnius Jarusevicius, according to CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz and Chris Hummer.

Appearing in just one game for the Huskers last season due to a back injury, Jarusevicius scored seven points on 3-for-3 shooting (1-for-1 from deep). He added two rebounds and two blocks in 11 minutes. He missed his one free-throw attempt.

    Before joining Nebraska, Jarusevicius spent time with Central Michigan (2024-25) and Cal State Bakersfield (2022-24).

    With Central Michigan two seasons ago, the 6-foot-10, 220-pound forward paced the MAC in field goal percentage (.537) as a junior. He averaged 16.2 points and 7.5 rebounds in 24 starts (26 games played) that year.

    Arizona’s other incoming transfers this offseason include guards JJ Mandaquit and Derek Dixon.

    The Wildcats are also returning big man Motiejus Krivas and forward Ivan Kharchenkov.

    Arizona, however, lost a pair to the portal in forwards Sidi Gueye and Dwayne Aristode.

    Brayden Burries and Koa Peat, meanwhile, are headed to the NBA Draft as projected first-round draft picks. Jaden Bradley, Tobe Awaka and Anthony Dell-Orso are out of college eligibility.
