Police found a near-empty bottle of Hennessy inside the car.In addition to the felony charges, Taylor also faces domestic violence charges in Chula Vista Superior Court, which are pending. A prosecutor said that the charge also involves alcohol. Taylor remains in the Las Colinas Women’s Detention Facility on $175,000 bail.
