A suburban teenager was found dead on Chicago’s West Side over the weekend, according to police.
The teen boy was found unresponsive in the 2000 block of West Adams, just outside the city’s popular Fulton Market District.
According to police, they were called to the address around 3 a.m. Saturday, where they found the teen unresponsive. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
While authorities said the teen was 16 years old, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office identified him as 15-year-old Antonio Crawford, of Buffalo Grove.
Police said a death investigation is underway, pending autopsy results.
