CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — A 40-year-old man is facing new charges after being accused of having child pornography.
Devin Clutter is charged with eight counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child. On March 25, Canandaigua Police arrested Clutter for disseminating incident material to a minor.

Police say Clutter had several sexually explicit conversations online with a 13 year old. They say after multiple search warrants, they found him to have child pornography.
Clutter was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
