Police describe the suspect as a 22-year-old man with dreadlocks. They say he was last seen wearing a navy blue sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and Timberland boots.
Police say don’t approach the man if spotted. They ask anyone to call 911 to report any sightings or suspicious activity.
