SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. (KEYT) – Fire crews responded to an 8.8-acre vegetation fire near the 6000 block of Hog Canyon Road, east of San Miguel Wednesday.
According to the San Luis Obispo County Fire Department, crews responded to the fire which initially threatened some nearby buildings, but firefighters on the ground and in the air were able to limit the spread of flames to the buildings.
Crews were able to fully contain the fire around 5:42 p.m. Wednesday shared the San Luis Obispo County Fire Department.
