Stripe has partnered with Google to allow businesses to sell to consumers inside Google’s AI Mode and Gemini app.
This capability is supported by Stripe’s Agentic Commerce Suite, an integration that enables businesses to sell their products inside AI apps, Stripe said in a Wednesday (April 29) press release.
Stripe introduced its Agentic Commerce Suite in December, saying this solution is designed to help businesses get “agent-ready” by making their products discoverable, simplifying their checkout and allowing them to accept agentic payments.
In its Wednesday press release, Stripe said it has already formed partnerships similar to the new one with Google with OpenAI, Microsoft and Meta.
Stripe’s partnership with Google is one of 288 new products and features the company announced Wednesday at its annual customer conference, Stripe Sessions, according to the release.
Many of the announcements centered on economic infrastructure for AI.

Highlighting some other new offerings, Stripe said it is bringing its Agentic Commerce Suite to platforms to make it easier for businesses on Wix, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and other platforms to sell to customers inside AI apps.
Stripe also made its Link wallet ready for agents so that people can enable their agents to make payments with Link on their behalf; introduced an AI-native business model called streaming payments that enables businesses that offer AI products to get paid for every token at the moment it is used; and expanded Radar to defend AI services against token theft.
The company also highlighted an expansion of Stripe Treasury that enables instant, free money transfers between U.S. businesses on Stripe; digital asset accounts that provide the infrastructure a business needs to build financial products with stablecoins; and the general availability of Stripe Projects, a product that helps developers or their agents access services they need to deploy products to the internet.
Stripe outlines all 288 new products and features announced Wednesday in a blog post.
“No matter what sector you’re in, the AI transformation requires new economic infrastructure, primitive and abstractions,” Stripe CEO and Co-founder Patrick Collison said in the press release. “That’s the animating theme behind the 288 products and features we announced today.”
