The US Team for the 2026 FISU America Games has announced the coaching staff that will accompany the 44-swimmer roster in Lima, Peru, this upcoming July. Florida Gulf Coast University’s Dave Rollins was named head coach, as Oakland’s associate head coach Molly Hebzynski holds the team lead position.
Accompanying Rollins and Hebzynski on the coaching staff are six assistant coaches: Ryan Bubb (Florida Atlantic), Lauren Sullivan (Arizona), Jeanne Fleck (Fresno State), Antonio Nunez (Florida Gulf Coast), Jeana Kempe (Illinois), and Johno Fergusson (Wisconsin).

The FISU America Games will be held from July 24-26 at the Videna Aquatic Center in Lima, Peru, with several teams from across the Western Hemisphere competing. This meet marks the fourth edition of the FISU America Games, with the first installment coming in 2018.
“I am blessed and humbled to be selected as the Head Coach for the FISU America Games,” said FGCU head coach Dave Rollins in a press release from FGCU Athletics. “To represent one’s country on the international stage is an absolute honor. Excited to have Antonio on staff as well, he is a first class coach and brings valuable experience to our staff. A great opportunity for us, our families, FGCU, and Team USA!”
Seven of the 44 swimmers on the US team for these FISU America Games qualified for the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, including Levi Sandidge (Kentucky), Emily Lundgren (Washington State), and Evan Mackesy (Purdue).
FGCU is well represented on both the coaching staff and on the roster, as both Izzy Ackley and Aislyn Barnett join Rollins and Nunez on Team USA for Lima.
Hebzynski’s Golden Grizzlies will also be well represented, as Lydia Soldatke, Max Haney, and Alex Lakin will represent the Horizon League Champions in Peru.
