The Philadelphia Eagles continue to operate as though an AJ Brown trade is inevitable. Tonight, they moved up in the first round of the NFL Draft to select USC wide receiver Makai Lemon.
Philly sent No. 23, 114, and 137 to the Dallas Cowboys to move up three spots and draft Lemon. They’re also getting a 2027 seventh-rounder back from Dallas.

Philadelphia has seemed poised to trade Brown for some time now, and the addition of Lemon makes it feel like a done deal.
Lemon caught 79 passes for 1,156 yards and 11 touchdowns for the USC Trojans in 2025. He hauled in 137 passes for 2,008 yards and 14 touchdowns in three seasons with the Trojans.
