Mrs. Amelia Joan Lynch, age 69, of Brush Creek, TN, passed away on Sunday April 19, 2026.
Mrs. Lynch was born October 12, 1956 in Oak Ridge, TN, a daughter of the late Jack O’Neil Nicholson and Miriam Jenks Nelson. She married John A. Lynch on May 28, 1976 in Smyrna, TN.
Mrs. Lynch served her country in the United States Army during the Cold War and obtained the rank of E3. Following her military service, she was an active member of the American Legion Post 57 in Carthage, TN, since 2019. Mrs. Lynch graduated from MTSU with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She worked at Federal Mogul for 15 years as packaging lead until her retirement in 2020.
Mrs. Lynch is survived by Husband; John A. Lynch of Brush Creek, TN. Daughters; Ashley Lynch Powell and Jennifer Lynch. Grandchildren; Haven Powell and Hayden Powell. Brother; Mike (Cheryl) Nicholson.
