Another campmate have left I'm a Celebrity South Africa 2026, after revealing they couldn’t stay on medical grounds.

During tonight’s episode (21 April), the camp woke up ready to take on the day, but one campmate returned with unexpected news.

    “Hi guys, I’ve just got something to tell you all,” they announced.

    “I didn’t feel very well this morning… and the medics have advised I can’t return to camp. I’ve got to go home. I don’t want to go. I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish.”

    Beverley Callard

    Beverley Callard became the fourth campmate to leave the I’m a Celebrity jungle.

    “I had the experience of a lifetime,” Callard said reflecting on her journey. “The people were amazing. They were the best bunch of people ever. Yes, we were hungry and we were dirty but it was wonderful.”

    David Haye - Episode 11

    David Haye was the third campmate to be sent packing, revealing he felt "relieved" to have been sent home.

    "I've done my bit, given it my all, and I'm walking out with a smile on my face," he said. "I wasn't the first out the door either, which I'm pleased about. But more than anything, what made it worthwhile was the company. The personalities in that camp were something else, and that's what I'll take away from it."

    Gemma Collins - Episode 11

    Gemma Collins became the second celebrity to leave the camp. Reflecting on her time in camp and how it felt to leave, Gemma said: "All good things have to come to an end, but all I can say is it has been so amazing being able to relive it again.

    "It was great to see Craig and Jimmy again, and to spend that time with them again has just been priceless. Plus, meeting new campmates, forming new bonds, and listening to everyone's stories. I’ve had a blast."

    Seann Walsh - Episode 9

    Seann Walsh became the first campmate to be eliminated from I'm a Celebrity South Africa 2026 after Harry Redknapp had the tough decision of sending one celebrity home.

    Asked how it felt to be first celebrity leaving camp, Seann said: "It's a combination of emotions. I was thrilled to be able to see my family because I missed my kids a lot. At the same time, I'm sad they won’t see me in the jungle for longer or doing more trials."

    As for returning to the jungle, Seann found it to be "harder and scarier" than his original stint.

    "It felt like it was turned up to 11, so that just put more anxiety into the camp," he explained. "The pleasure for me doing the jungle was the extraordinary people you get to live with.

    "I don’t think I’ll ever forget that. It felt strange for me being in their presence, because they are almost historic figures in entertainment and sport. That doesn’t go over the top of my head."
