SOUTH BRISTOL, N.Y. — A 58-year-old man is facing charges after Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies say he hit a person with his truck while driving in South Bristol earlier this month.

Terry Cole is charged with assault in the second degree. Deputies say on April 6, Cole hit a person while driving on State Route 64 in the Town of South Bristol.
The person was brought to Strong Memorial Hospital by Mercy Flight.
Deputies arrested Cole Monday at his home. He was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment, and released on his own recognizance. He is set to appear in court at a later date.
