2026 NCAA qualifier Morgan Lukinac will transfer from Brown to Ohio State as a graduate transfer. Lukinac spent four years at Brown but did not compete during the 2024-2025 season.
Lukinac arrived at Brown in fall 2022 and was the team’s leading scorer at the 2023 Ivy League Championships with 62 individual points. She was 3rd in the 100 free (49.36), 5th in the 200 free (1:47.96), and 17th in the 50 free (22.90).
She had a huge sophomore season and swam to an Ivy League title in 2024, touching in a 1:45.49 in the 200 free. She also was 2nd in the 100 free (48.53) and 4th in the 50 free (22.46).
She did not compete during the 2024-2025 season but returned for her senior year this past season. She swam to a lifetime best 1:44.20 in the 200 free as well as a 48.29 100 free at the 2026 Ivy League Championships, punching her ticket to the 2026 NCAA Championships. She also was 4th in the 50 free (22.60).
She went on to finish 40th in the 200 free (1:46.76) and 41st in the 100 free (48.59) at the 2026 NCAA Championships.

50 free: 22.46 100 free: 48.29 200 free: 1:44.20The Ohio State women are coming off of a 3rd place finish at the 2026 Big Ten Championships and a 12th place finish at the 2026 NCAA Championships. Ohio State did not have any individual scorers at NCAAs in the 50, 100, or 200 freestyles. The team was 20th in the 200 free relay, 12th in the 400 free relay, and 13th in the 800 free relay at 2026 NCAAs.
Based on her best times, Lukinac would have been 2nd on the roster in the 100 free this past season while her 200 free would have been 3rd this past season. She would have joined Rachel Bockrath in the Big Ten ‘A’ finals of both the 100 and 200 frees. Bockrath will be a junior this fall.
