PARMA, N.Y. — A driver has been indicted on a second-degree manslaughter charge in a crash last November that killed a contract worker in Parma.
Monroe County prosecutors unsealed the indictment of Marcus Derraine Snow, Jr., 28, on Friday in the crash that killed worker Robert Faber, 43. Sheriff’s deputies say the car went through work zone barriers and hit a parked work truck, which then collided with Faber. It happened on Parma Center Road near Bailey Road.
Faber was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries. The Vehicular Crime Bureau at the District Attorney’s Office is prosecuting the case.
