Next comes the melted provolone cheese that's been naturally aged for 60+ days to provide a richness to the sandwich, while the sweet and golden carmelized onions, the tangy garlic aioli with fresh garlic and lemon notes and the steak seasoning bring depth and contrast.
The melt-in-your-mouth sandwich will be served on a toasted artisan sub roll with a side of savory au jus, which pulls it all together for a truly dip‑worthy experience.
