Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise is back in a big way this April. And the hit reality show is headed to the East Coast.
Former The Bachelorand Bachelor in Paradise star, Ashley Iaconetti (Haibon), is joining the cast of the Real Housewives of Rhode Island, along with reality TV co-stars Alicia Carmody, Rosie DiMare, Liz McGraw, Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, Kelsey Swanson, Jo-Ellen Tiberi, and “friend” former RHONJ fan favorite Dolores Catania.
While you may already know Iaconetti as one of the most memorable The Bachelor breakout stars, the podcast host is also the mom of two. Iaconetti met husband Jared Haibon on Bachelor in Paradise, and the couple is now parents to Dawson Dimitri Haibon (Born in January 2022) and Hayden Cruise Haibon (born in July 2024).
In a recent Instagram post, Iaconetti gave fans a sneak peek into her life, sharing a cute clip of her family dining out. In the video, her son gives his mom a makeover while dining out at a restaurant. That is, a sticker makeover.
View this post on InstagramAs any parent knows, going out to eat with your little ones isn’t exactly easy. Between the mini meltdowns and picky eaters, what used to be an enjoyable experience can quickly morph into a nightmare. But Ashley has an answer! In her post, Iaconetti revealed a totally genius parenting hack.
The mom wrote across her video, “Pro-tip for parents who want to go to a restaurant with their little kids.” She explained, in the caption, “Bring stickers and humility…I usually say that going out to eat with littles is a waste of time and money. You can rarely enjoy your own food or talk as you’re tending to chaos. I will say that we’ve had a few good dinners out the past month for family birthdays.”
So, what’s her secret? The reality TV star went on to add, “If you have a foodie baby like us, have someone get there early and order appetizers to be on the table when you arrive. Having a variety of foods for Hayden to try stalls his frustration over being stuck in a high chair.”
But that’s not all. Iaconetti also writes, “I also find that new sensory toys, like kinetic sand and gooey stuff, is great to introduce at the dinner table.”
She also gets real, admitting, “We try not to put a screen on, but gotta go what ya gotta do to enjoy the other company at the table sometimes. At 4-years-old we don’t have to resort to this with Dawson anymore…as you can see he finds more creative things to do.” And if you’re up for an artsy adventure like Iaconetti is, go ahead and let your littles decorate away!
