GENEVA, N.Y. — A 40-year-old homeless man is facing charges after Geneva Police say he flashed a Ring Doorbell Camera at a home in Geneva.
Police say on March 7, Nicholas Shiels went to a home on High Street and intentionally exposed himself after pressing a Ring Doorbell Camera at the home.
Shiels was arrested Friday at noon and charged with public lewdness. He was processed at the Geneva Police Department with an appearance ticket to reappear in court at a later date.
