That's right: The character of Chad—played by Glen Powell—is based on a fictional persona he created during a 2022 Eli’s Places episode, where he hilariously went undercover at Penn State tryouts with prosthetics! Peyton and Eli both serve as executive producers and production wrapped on Season 2 in March 2026.
