The 2026 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Tournament got underway from Kansas City, Missouri, on Tuesday, and ASU tipped the tournament off with a win over Baylor before falling in a 91-42 loss to Iowa State on Wednesday.
Arizona (29-2, 16-2 Big 12) clinched the regular-season title and top seed in the conference tournament, which means the Wildcats will play their first game in the quarterfinals on Thursday at noon.
Arizona will play No. 8 seed UCF, which beat No. 9 Cincinnati 66-65 in overtime Wednesday. Arizona-UCF tips off Thursday at noon on ESPN.
