A special piece of Miranda Lambert’s history has hit the Texas market, a two-residence compound that brings together the 42-year-old country star’s childhood home and the neighboring property that she purchased when her music career began to take shape.

According to realtor.com, the stunning Lindale estate, listed by Lee Trowbridge of Compass on February 7, is priced at $1.59 million and includes a range of amenities, from a metal warehouse to a 100-yard shooting range and a private, well-stocked pond.

Nestled in a quiet East Texas setting, the home that helped shape Lambert, affectionately referred to as “The Big House,” sits adjacent to the property known as “The Pink House,” which she still owns and moved into after landing her first major record deal. The Grammy award-winning country star spent her teenage years at “The Big House” before taking up residence in the “Pink House” at age 21. Though she has been living in Nashville in recent years.

“Until their transition out of the home about a year ago, the property served as the Lambert family home,” Trowbridge confirmed, according to Mansion Global, of the singer's parents. “During their time living there, the property was a home to many, including those who needed a helping hand or a place to land.”

The sprawling compound, spanning nearly 25 acres, includes "covered and open outdoor living areas, an outdoor kitchen, a shop with a bathroom installed, and a brick courtyard," enough to host large gatherings.
