Good Morning America aired a special look at Lopez's interview on Nightline, where she reveals whether or not she's ready for another relationship. The "Let's Get Loud" singer reveals she doesn't plan to get into a relationship since divorcing Affleck in 2024 after tying the knot in 2022.
"I'm in my happy era,” Lopez, 56, said. "I think, for the first time in my life, I feel like I’m free; I’m on my own. And it feels really good."
Lopez acknowledged that she’s been through her fair share of relationships and marriages over the years. Now, she says it’s time to focus on herself, something that feels a bit unfamiliar, given that she’s been in relationships since her 20s and first married at 28.
"I didn’t really know what that felt like since I was in my early 20s — and even before that," she said. "I’ve always had boyfriends. There was always someone in my life, and so many things that I felt like were out of my control."

The singer married her first husband, Ojani Noa, in 1997 when she worked on the film Blood and Wine in Miami. The two ended their marriage only 11 months later, and it was finalized in January 1998. In 2001, she married dancer and choreographer Cris Judd while filming a music video before divorcing in 2003.
Her most high-profile marriage was to Marc Anthony in 2004, and she had twins, Max and Emma. The marriage was long-term and ended in divorce in 2014 while remaining coparents. Lopez was also in the spotlight for dating Puff Daddy from 1999 until 2001,Casper Smarton-and-off from 2011 to 2016, and became engaged to Alex Rodriguezduring their relationship from 2017 to 2021.
