“We haven't won an Ashes series, we haven't beaten India home or away, we've not won an ICC event, so we're poor in the Caribbean when we got to the semis beating nobody, that was a poor performance. The Champions Trophy last year, we didn't win a game, and now in this World Cup, we've probably just gone beyond par”, he made his comments more eloquent.

“There will need to be the odd personnel change, and that might be in the backroom team. I look at the Barcelona football method, where Barcelona seems to always promote from within. So they kind of build up all these coaches, and when a manager goes there's almost like a conveyor belt waiting, there you go, there's another one”, the former captain explained.
